In this bet you are wagering that one of three numbers will come up, say 16, 17, 18.  To place a street bet you put your wager on any of the three rows bottom line closes to you or on the 0, 00, 2 or 0, 1, 2 or 0, 2, 3.  There are 15 possible street bets.
